Senpai Colleen Biggs (3rd Dan)

Senpai Colleen takes Monday Pad Work Class 5:00 - 6:00pm. The primary focus is a fitness and stamina regime with allowance for individual technique and ability.

 

The class starts in the rear dojo with a solid workout on the bags then progresses to structured routines often involving pad work with partners.

 

All students can attend this class and derive benefit with added assistance from senior grades.

 

You will need to bring sparring gloves and a drink.
